Native Americans and other minorities are abused daily in the justice systems, they are found hung in county jails,..if they get past that they are set up with weapons, drugs, and manufactured crimes.  They are beaten, spit on, and get their sacred articles flushed in toilets.  Some prisons give our men forced hair cuts. They get transferred from one prison to another, and it is called "In Transit" which can last for months.  Recently one had his knee cap and leg broken by  prisons official in Arizona.

September 2005   "Did I let you kno about the guards busting my knee cap and leg?  Yea, some of 'em sure have alot of hate.  I guess prison offers some guards to vent their bad days of life when stress builds for them in the free world....they could've killed me..."  Arizona
 
September 2005   "My son was in the county jail.  He said that the cell which is suppose to hold 27 inmates, held 41.  Others were sleeping on cots on the floor.  They have their food bought to them on trays...I wanted to report the overcrowding, I didn't know who to turn to..."      Concerned Mother...   South Dakota
